SCRANTON -- A blood drive held in Scranton Friday afternoon was in memory of late Scranton mayor James Mcnulty.
The drive was going on at the Scranton Health Care Center on McCarthy Street. Each donor received a t-shirt and a $5 amazon gift card.
According to officials, summer months are usually at a low for blood donations.
McNulty died in March of this 2016, he was Scranton's 26th mayor.
