WILKES-BARRE-- People packed into the Luzerne County Courthouse in Wilkes-Barre Thursday for the county's annual Free and Clear Sale.
The yearly auction sells off properties from across the county when back taxes and other liens are forgiven.
Of the 107 properties auctioned off about half of them were sold to the highest bidder.
