MAHANOY TOWNSHIP — A man is locked up in Schuylkill County, accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.
Charles Welna, 30, of Mahanoy Township faces involuntary sexual intercourse, child porn, and other charges.
State police say he assaulted the girl starting in July.
