SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT -- Sunday's washout means a change in the Little League World Series schedule.

International teams that usually wouldn't get the chance to play at Lamade Stadium did just that Monday afternoon.

The hill behind Lamade Stadium was filled with fans from all over the world Monday afternoon. The weekend's washout meant that Italy and Oregon had the chance to play at Lamade Stadium on Monday. That consolation game was initially scheduled to happen at Volunteer Stadium.

The folks at Lamade Stadium tell us their Monday crowd isn't bigger than they expected.

Local vendors that come every year say they're glad to see the weather broke not just for their sales, but because people come from all over to see the games.

"It was like triple, probably, since yesterday because everybody left and it was like probably like 2,000 people, probably. Today, hills are filled. Stands are too," said Tristin Lewis, Justin's Old Fashioned Lemonade.

"It's the most crowded it's been, backed up a while back. We were going pretty slow for a while," Delaware resident Barry Goldstein.

Fans that have been here from the first day say this was the most crowded day so far.
