LYCOMING COUNTY -- It's back to school for students at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport.
According to the school, Penn College is one of the first colleges in our area to begin its fall semester.
About 5,000 students are enrolled at the school in Lycoming County.
Newswatch 16 stopped by an automotive class where we spoke with a group of incoming freshman who said they are excited to start the school year.
"I came to college because one of my teachers recommended me to come here because he came here, and he's a big inspiration to me," said Junior Arias, a freshman at the school.
Lycoming College, also in Williamsport, starts classes at the end of the month.
