POCONO TOWNSHIP -- Summer help season is winding down for people at Camelback Mountain Resort near Tannersville.

The indoor water park will soon lose a lot of employees who are going back to school. So managers hope the two-day job fair will help fill those gaps.

"We are going to be hiring for a lot of lifeguards pretty soon, attraction associates, and admission associates and pretty much all the positions in Aquatopia like park services, concessions, that kind of thing," said Kelly Joffe, Marketing Manager.

The indoor water park resort is putting a new twist on it's traditional job fair.

Not only will applicants be able to come in and explore the job options, but once they complete an interview, they will actually be able to go and explore what could become their future place of work.

"The reason we do the open house the way we do, and then let people come and play in Aquatopia for the rest of the night is because we want them to see what they can experience if they work here. There is really great perks of working for the hotel," said Joffe.

Some people here at the resort tell us they think it's great that people here are offering a night inside the water park after people go to apply and even interview, because it gives them an idea of where they may be working.

"I think it's a very good incentive because people feel motivated to get a part-time job or just in general apply," said Glenny Benito, Stroudsburg.

There are plenty of jobs to choose from including lifeguarding at the indoor water park, overseeing the adventure center, and more.

A long list of jobs Glenny Benito hopes the resort can fill so she and her family can continue to have a good time.

"Well you want to know that your family is actually being taken care of and there is enough people to assist whenever needed," said Benito.

The job fair at Camelback Mountain Resort runs until 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

It picks back up on Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
