EAST STROUDSBURG -- U.S. Senator Bob Casey stopped by Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg on Wednesday.
Casey made a stop at the center to address the issue of infants who are born dependent on opioids and facing withdrawals.
Casey's new bill, the Protecting our Infants Act, was recently signed into law by President Obama.
The law helps hospital programs with those infants in need.
