DYBERRY TOWNSHIP -- Some people hit the water--but on snowmobiles--in Wayne County.
It's all part of the Pennsylvania Snowmobile Watercross Championships hosted by NEP Sno Trails.
All the money raised helps maintain trails in our area for riders in the winter months.
Organizers say it's a great day to be on the water, especially during this humid weekend.
"It’s just a great mid-summer get-together. Families are coming out and enjoying themselves. It's a beautiful location. People are enjoying themselves, having some good food, and enjoying their day," said Jim Griffin, president of NEP Snow Trails.
There are eight races each day. The event continues on Sunday.
