"We're going to go backwards. I want to see you go back then coming up and oto you're feet. Ok! That is what we are going to try to do. Lets try it one time each. Go ahead! Go!", said Mike.

Towanda assistant wrestling coach Mike Maurer shouts out instructions at the 4th annual precision wrestling camp for kids in Bradford county.

"It's always evolving. I can even remember things when I was wrestling years ago in high school. It's completely different completely different movement. Some things you wouldn't even think about doing before has now evolved into a completely different sport in all honesty," added Mike.

"Show me some of the stretches that you go through? First one you go you're right arm across you're chest and then you switch it then you go over your head," said Rylee.

"He grabs my wrist..flare out and pick my window then go the high crotch," said Brock Zacherl.

2016 NCAA qualifier Brock Zacherl from Clarion University is the first guest instructor. He spent time with USA wrestler Jordan Burroughs recently and has a few new tips for the kids.

"The best wrestler in the world right now is a USA wrestler, and to watch him and pick up the little things that he does that translates right into my style is quite a big deal to me," added Brock.

"That was pretty cool. I haven't seen that done before and I 'm looking forward to learning that," said Jalen.

"When I wrestle I like to take single legs but with the double leg here he is definitely teaching me a little bit more variety for my shots," said Steve.

It will be a big week for the campers-Clarion University head coach Keith Ferraro will be here, also NCAA runner-up Jason Nolf out of Penn State will be here giving instruction to the youngsters.

"It's a lot of fun. A lot of basics trying to break down the basics for them. It's great especially for the older guys here to have that refresher that reminder what you should be doing and good position and you are hearing it from the best like Brock and Keith and especially Jason," again said Mike.

Thanks Brock.
