With all of the hot summer days lately, just how much H20 should we be slugging down daily?!  To find out and get some other sizzling summer snack ideas, Newswatch 16’s Ryan Leckey teamed up with members of the University of Scranton’s Exercise Science Department.  The pros suggest that adults should drink eight to ten cups per day.  Younger kids, ages four to eight, should consume around five cups a day.  Water consumption should increase with age.  For more ideas to help kids stay hydrated, click here!    To help youngsters who are picky eaters, here are some suggestions!
