WASHINGTON, Vt. — A man from Carbon County has been arrested in Vermont for allegedly threatening an attack that would “make the Orlando shooting look small.”
Investigators say John Large, 51, of Lansford called state police on Monday claiming he was going to carry out an attack that he had planning for months.
U.S. Marshals located him in at a home in Washington, Vermont.
Large is also wanted for outstanding warrants in Carbon and Lehigh Counties for crimes including terroristic threats.
