PRINGLE -- Nearly $20,000 in grant money from Lowe’s will help West Side Career and Technology Center in Luzerne County transform a classroom into a restaurant.
The renovations will allow students to prepare and serve meals to faculty, staff, and even customers from outside the school.
Right now, students work out of a full-service commercial kitchen across the hall.
The restaurant is expected to be ready by Thanksgiving.
