LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- The National Labor Relations Board decided this month to not allow faculty members at Marywood University to form a union.
They had filed a petition with the NLRB asking to form one and those members recently testified in Philadelphia.
Marywood released a statement Friday saying the decision provides positive guidance going forward.
