WEST HAZLETON — Police charged a man who they believe raped a 15-year-old girl in Luzerne County.
The girl went to a friend’s house earlier this week for some sort of gathering in West Hazleton.
The suspect was also there.
Police say Jose Mejia-Rosario lured the girl to an upstairs bedroom and raped her.
