HAWLEY — A new charge has been filed against a man in connection with a heroin overdose death in Wayne County.
Edmond O’Connor of Hawley is now charged with drug delivery resulting in death.
A woman was found dead inside an apartment on Church Street in Hawley in April.
O’Connor is accused of injecting heroin into the victim’s arm. He’s locked up in Wayne County.
