LANSFORD -- A man responsible for a string of break-ins in Carbon County was sentenced Tuesday.
Joseph Zarsky of Nesquehoning was sentenced to seven and a half to 15 years in prison for breaking into at least eight homes and businesses in the Lansford area last year.
Lansford police say Zarsky stole more than $1,000 during the burglaries.
Zarsky pleaded guilty in March.
