BEAR CREEK TOWNSHIP -- State police made quick work of tracking down an alleged burglar in Luzerne County.
Troopers said Joshua Wilson, 27, of Wilkes-Barre used a rock to break into the Bear Creek Exxon just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday. Once inside, he took cigarettes, licorice, and soda.
Investigators used surveillance video to track Wilson, and he was picked up a short time later in Plains Township.
Wilson faces burglary, trespassing, theft, and criminal mischief charges.
He is locked up in the Luzerne County jail.
