ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man from Lackawanna County is in trouble in Central New York.
Police in Rochester say Robert Cordaro Jr., 22, stole an ambulance and crashed it Thursday morning. Cordaro, who is originally from Dunmore, is a student at the University of Rochester.
Cordaro is charged with grand larceny, driving while intoxicated, and other charges.
According to published reports, Cordaro is the son of former Lackawanna County Commissioner Robert Cordaro, who is currently in federal prison on corruption charges.
