WILKES-BARRE -- Luzerne County's Children and Youth has been issued another provisional status meaning its operations are still being scrutinized.
The center's status was downgraded after an investigation into the death of a child last year.
Children and Youth’s first provisional status lasted from September of 2015 to this month.
It has now been extended while the agency in Luzerne County continues to address the issues that got the center in trouble in the first place.
