EXETER TOWNSHIP -- Over 90 butterflies were released by students at Sarah J. Dymond Elementary School in Luzerne County.
The release on Tuesday marks the end of a project that teaches students at the school near Harding about metamorphosis.
The kids received caterpillars and studied the transformation from larva to chrysalis to adult.
The painted lady butterflies were released into the garden at the school in Luzerne County.
