HONESDALE -- A man from Wayne County is facing charges after graffiti was spray painted in Honesdale earlier this month.
The biggest areas hit include the Park Street Complex tunnel and the former Honesdale EMS building, now owned by Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Police said they are in the process of filing charges against Joseph Krombel, 18, of Honesdale after police obtained evidence that he was responsible for at least some of the vandalism.
