FACTORYVILLE -- A problem at a college that straddles the Lackawanna/Wyoming County line forced water to be shut off Monday morning to most of the campus.
Crews were out working on new water lines Monday at Keystone College.
Officials say water had to be shut off to most of the campus, but the student center and residence halls did still have service.
No classes were canceled.
Aqua Pennsylvania crews hoped to have service restored around noon.
