WILKES-BARRE -- Drivers traveling through one part of Wilkes-Barre can expect delays for the next two weeks.
PennDOT is closing the north and southbound passing lanes of River Street.
That's because crews are building two concrete islands in the center of the roadway to control traffic.
West Market Street in Wilkes-Barre was also closed Friday because of paving work.
