EAST STROUDSBURG — An 18-year-old high school student in Monroe County is charged with terrorizing elementary school students.
Grant Klinger, 18, of Buck Hill Falls is a senior at Notre Dame High School in East Stroudsburg. He is accused of waving a fake gun and using it to frighten a group of third graders at the adjacent elementary school on March 22.
The fake gun was a prop in a school play.
Klinger is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment by annoyance, and harassment by word of mouth and/or writing.
He is free on bail after his arraignment in Monroe County.
