SHAMOKIN -- Investigators have determined a row home fire in Northumberland County was accidental.
It happened on West Arch Street in Shamokin around 10 a.m. Sunday.
According to the fire chief, it started in a second-floor bathroom when the man renting the place was using a torch to repair some pipes.
Firefighters had to help the man out of the home, but he was not hurt.
