SUNBURY -- Northumberland County's prothonotary faces trial on theft charges after a magistrate ruled Friday there is enough evidence against him.
The prothonotary keeps records for the court.
Justin Dunkelberger pleaded not guilty at his preliminary hearing.
He is accused of stealing more than $12,000from a scholarship fund and using some of the money to bankroll his campaign.
