KINGSTON -- Police charged a man in connection with a report of shots fired last night in kingston.
Mark Howard was charged with illegally possessing a firearm.
Shots were fired onto a porch on Pringle Street on Sunday.
Howard's fiancé allegedly lives there.
According to police, Howard admits to using the gun at a shooting range Sunday, but he does not admit to firing towards the home in Kingston.
