HANOVER TOWNSHIP – A truck hauling garbage rolled Thursday morning, spilling trash onto a grassy area near Interstate 81 in Luzerne County.
The truck was traveling from the South Cross Valley Expressway on to I-81 south, when the driver lost control around 11 a.m. .
He was taken to the hospital with injuries.
