DORRANCE TOWNSHIP -- Authorities had a home surrounded in Luzerne County.
State police responded to a home on Alberdeen Road in Mountain Top shortly before 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Troopers have the road blocked off and are keeping people away. An ambulance is on standby near the scene.
Newswatch 16 spoke with people who say they know one of the men who lives in the house, near the Alberdeen Inn. They say they came out because they are worried about what's happening.
"I worked with the guy and everything else, so I'm just hoping everything is alright. He's a good guy. He's a hard worker, everything else. I just don`t see this happening, you know, to him," said Denver Osborne of Wright Township.
Investigators are not releasing much more information at this time. Check for updates.
