SCRANTON -- Parade Day is typically a busy day for the bars in Scranton.
This year, Backyard Ale House teamed up with the car service Uber to encourage people not to drink and drive.
Uber has a breathalyzer machine set up outside the pub on Linden Street and promised anyone who used it a free ride.
Parade-goers we spoke to seemed to like the idea.
"I've used it before and I think it is the best, especially when you have been drinking, so you can just have a convenient way home and you don't have to drive," Blythe Brown of Scranton said.
People who took the test could get that free ride regardless of the results.
