(CNN) — Florida Sen. Marco Rubio has won Puerto Rico’s Republican primary, CNN has projected, picking up his second contest and getting a boost in a race that has increasingly been dominated by Donald Trump and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.
With nearly three-fourths of all votes on the island, according to early results, Rubio looks in line to top the 50 percent threshold required to win all 23 of Puerto Rico’s delegates.
