LEWISBURG -- Republican Presidential Candidates Marco Rubio, Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and John Kasich started their 11th debate with insults. The candidates put on a show, but not the show some Republican voters in the Lewisburg area wanted to see.

"Depressing. Very depressing," Sharone Kline said.

"They had to get their insults in and that's unfortunate," James Clements said.

Voters are upset because rather than focusing on important issues, the candidates criticized each other. Roger Hepner of Lewisburg turned off his TV after 15 minutes.

"I've watched some of the other ones longer than that but got disgusted in all of them really," Hepner said.

As a Donald Trump supporter, James Clements of Lewisburg was upset with some parts of the debate.

"Sad. I'm sorry that those two fellas feel that they need to tear down Mr. Trump," Clements said.

Sharone Kline is a lifelong Republican who is tired of the insults during the GOP debates.

"Nobody's really representing anybody really well I don't think. I think it's everybody saying well this person is doing this and this person is doing that," Kline said.

Some of the people we spoke with say they're so disgusted with the debates that they would consider voting for a Democrat.

"I either am not going to vote for any of them or I'll vote for Hillary which I almost want to shoot myself to do that," Hepner said.

"I'm extremely depressed at the state of our party and am seriously considering voting outside my party," Kline said.

At the end of the debate, moderators asked Cruz, Rubio, and Kasich if they would back Donald Trump if he would win the nomination. All three said yes. The Pennsylvania Primary Election is April 26.
