CLINTON COUNTY -- Charges have been filed against a delivery truck driver after a deadly crash with a horse and buggy.
It happened along West Winter Road near Loganton in July of 2015.
A woman and her 8-year-old son were killed when the buggy they were riding in was hit by a UPS truck.
Four others were hurt in that crash.
Sherry Croak, the delivery truck driver, is accused of careless driving that led to a deadly crash.
