MONTOURSVILLE -- The family targeted in last week's home invasion in Lycoming County continues to pray they'll find Michelle Inch alive.

State police have been searching for the 31-year-old woman from the Montoursville area who was last seen hours before her parents were tied up and their home set on fire.

But until now, there is one story authorities, friends, and even family have not shared with us: Michelle's story.

"We think about her every minute of every day every second of every minute of every day," said Alex Turner. "Surreal, I think, is the only word I have found to describe the situation."

At a time when many of their family members are at a loss for words, Christie Fry and Alex Turner gathered their courage to talk about their cousin Michelle Inch.

"Anybody who knows Michelle knows she has this infectious giggle. She snorts, which is probably what most people will remember about her,'' Fry said.

"But at the same time, the other side of Michelle is that she would give anything for friends or family," Turner added.

The search for Michelle Inch now spans three counties. Inch was last seen several hours before her boyfriend Michael Houseweart , along with Brian Vroman, allegedly broke into her parents' home near Montoursville, tied them up with duct tape, and set their home on fire.

"Mainly my aunt and uncle have strived to progress through it with their heads up, which is a good thing," said Turner.

Memories of singing in the car to their favorite song and pictures are helping Merissa Perna, who has been friends with Inch since elementary school.

"Michelle loved everyone and she was very open about it, and her main phrase that she would tell everyone was that she loves your face. So we just want to tell her to know at this time that we are thinking about her and that we love her and that we love her face as well."

March 11, there will be a fundraiser at the Mill Tavern in Montoursville to help get the Inch family back on their feet.

In the meantime, those family members lean on their faith while they wait for answers.

"The family is incredibly grateful for all of the donations that have come in," Fry said.

"That has been great and prayers couldn't be answered more when it comes to that," said Turner.

Michelle's 32nd birthday is this upcoming Monday.

Friends have set up a search for Saturday in Canton, and have planned that fundraiser at the Mill Tavern in Montoursville for March 11.
