MONTOURSVILLE -- State police want to know if the blood found on Brian Vroman's gray hooded sweatshirt belongs to Michelle Inch.

For the past week, troopers have searched for Inch, 31, of Montoursville in three counties. She was last seen last week, several hours before her boyfriend Michael Houseweart and Brian Vroman allegedly broke into her parents' home near Montoursville, tied them up with duct tape, and set the place on fire.

"It's a shame that the two that are in custody won't come forward with information because with the information that you have, it seems like they must know,” said Debbie Starr.

A search warrant reveals Inch's parents recently inherited about $35,000. Their daughter, Michelle, picked up Michael Houseweart at his home near Canton last Tuesday around 5 p,m. Houseweart was carrying a shotgun and told his roommate he was going target shooting. Michelle's phone was last used later that evening and was turned off early Wednesday morning.

According to troopers, that same night Houseweart admitted to a family member he was depressed about Facebook messages between Inch and an ex-boyfriend and "felt like burning someone's house down."

Troopers issued another search warrant this time to collect a sample of Michelle Inch's blood. Troopers tell Newswatch 16 Inch recently had blood work done. They hope to test that sample against blood found on inch's vehicle and on Brian Vroman's sweatshirt.

“It would be nice for them to have some closure to know what has happened to the daughter. Either to get her back home or to know what's happening so that they don't have to suffer and go through this anymore," said Starr.

Crime stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to Michelle Inch. Friends are collecting donations to help the family pay for medical bills.
