NORRISTOWN — The date has been set for Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s criminal trial.
Kane, a Scranton native, is due in court in Montgomery County on August 8.
She’s charged with leaking grand jury information to smear a former colleague and then lying about it.
Her law license was suspended last year.
A special senate committee is still deciding whether she can remain on the job without a law license.
