WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP -- A fire destroyed a home in Luzerne County Friday afternoon.
Flames broke out around 3:30 p.m. on Nicholson Street in Wilkes-Barre Township.
A couple lives there. They were not hurt, but at least one dog died in the fire.
A state police fire marshal says a problem with a wood burning stove sparked the fire in Luzerne County.
