UPPER MAHANTONGO TOWNSHIP — State police in Schuylkill County say a fisherman went into a creek and died Wednesday.
Troopers believe Gary Kembel, 70, of Klingerstown snagged his lure on a tree.
He walked out onto the ice on Mahantango Creek. The ice gave way and Kembel died.
