SALEM TOWNSHIP — Flames ripped through a home in Luzerne County.
The home on Salem Boulevard near Shickshinny started burning around 6 a.m. on Monday.
Smoke was billowing out of the building, but everyone made it out safely.
The fire chief told Newswatch 16 it may have been a wood burning stove that started Monday’s fire.
This was the second fire on Salem Boulevard in a matter of hours.
