NAZARETH — A police officer from Wayne County is charged with several burglaries in the Lehigh Valley.
Nazareth police say Matthew Spink, an officer with a police department in the Gouldsboro area, was caught with his brother breaking into several apartments early Friday morning.
When confronted by someone inside one of the apartments, Spink said he was an undercover police officer responding to a 911 call.
Nazareth police say that was a lie.
