LAUREL RUN -- A suspect was tracked down months after police said he stole a truck and fired shots at the victim in Luzerne County.
US Marshals caught Daysean Henderson, 24, on Monday.
Henderson is accused of swiping a man's truck, and shooting at him when he tried to stop him in July.
Investigators think the victim met Henderson and another man in Laurel Run with intentions of selling them two dirt bikes.
The victim wasn't hurt.
Henderson is behind bars in Luzerne County on robbery, assault and other charges.
