PITTSTON — A rainbow shined through the rainstorms earlier on Sunday in Luzerne County.
Our Chief Photographer Paul Kielbasa captured the rainbow that appeared over the Water Street Bridge in Pittston shortly before noon Sunday.
The rain did return later in the day.
