WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP -- The man who allegedly urinated on merchandise at a Target store near Wilkes-Barre turned himself in on Friday.
Police say Anel Mujkanovic, 25, of Stroudsburg drove an electric cart around the store on Tuesday while wearing urine soaked pants.
He then allegedly stopped, exposed himself, and urinated on video games and accessories.
He faces charges of open lewdness, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct in Luzerne County.
