POCONO TOWNSHIP -- Police said a construction vehicle was used to break into Monroe Career and Technical Institute over the weekend.
Investigators said somebody used a Bobcat to break into the storage area of the welding shop Saturday.
The next day, the thief returned and used a forklift on the Bobcat to remove a large welding machine.
