With a new year, comes new resolutions for millions. At the top of the list, weight loss. But be weary of those fad diets! The British Dietetic Association released its "worst celebrity diets to avoid in 2016." They include a "no sugar diet" along with a "kale and chewing gum diet." Check more of them out here!
