HAZLETON — A man is behind bars accused of firing shots into a vehicle in Hazleton.
Police tell us Joseph Pitts, 28, fired three rounds at a man and a woman.
It happened in the area of First and Vine Streets shortly before 2:30 Sunday morning.
Pitts is facing aggravated assault and reckless endangerment charges after the incident in Hazleton.
