WILKES-BARRE — The Luzerne County Transit Authority has named its new executive director.
Norm Gavlick has been serving as interim executive director since 2014. That’s when former executive director Stanley Strelish was charged in the so-called ghost rider scandal.
The LCTA board says the authority has been “moving in a positive direction” under Gavlick’s leadership.
