DICKSON CITY — The owner of a business and an employee were taken to the hospital Thursday afternoon after flames sparked in a garage in Lackawanna County.
The fire started after 1 p.m. at Valvano Construction on North Main Street in Dickson City.
Firefighters say workers were moving equipment inside a garage bay when a spark ignited some gasoline that spilled.
The owner was burned on his legs and was rushed to a hospital. Another worker was treated for breathing in smoke
The fire damage was confined to the garage bay.
