HAZLE TOWNSHIP — A car thief in Luzerne County is on the loose.
State police believe the man shown in the surveillance photo stole a vehicle that was parked outside K-Mart in the Laurel Mall near Hazleton Thursday morning.
The stolen car is a blue 1993 Plymouth Acclaim with a license plate reading DLD -3409.
Before that, the crook tried to steal four different vehicles from the parking lot of Walmart on Airport Road but could not get into those cars.
