MONROE COUNTY -- Daniel Rodriquez from Mount Pocono will spend up to 23 months in jail for causing a deadly crash three years ago.
Rodriquez fell asleep behind the wheel and rear ended a pickup truck on Interstate 380 near Tobyhanna killing the driver.
The judge pointed out that Rodriquez had a deplorable driving record before and after the deadly crash in Monroe County.
